Ordering Guidelines

Meal Plates:
Kindly place your order 1–2 days in advance to ensure freshness and timely preparation.

Catering Services:
Please place all catering orders 3–4 days in advance to allow for proper planning, sourcing, and an exceptional culinary experience.

Running Late?

If you anticipate being late for your scheduled pick-up, please contact Chin-Way’s Cuisine at least 30 minutes in advance to let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24–48 hours before your scheduled order time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $10 late cancellation fee.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Payment Policy

Meal Plates:
Full payment is required at checkout.

Catering Orders:
Full payment is required at checkout for all regular orders.
Any applicable discounts will be processed after full payment.

Business Clients:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
