Meal Plates:
Kindly place your order 3-2 days in advance to ensure freshness and timely preparation.

Catering Services:
Please place all catering orders 5-4 days in advance to allow for proper planning, sourcing, and an exceptional culinary experience.

Running Late?

If you anticipate being late for your scheduled pick-up, please contact Chin-Way’s Cuisine at least 30 minutes in advance to let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24–48 hours before your scheduled order time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $10 late cancellation fee.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Payment Policy

Meal Plates:
Full payment is required at checkout.

Catering Orders:
Full payment is required at checkout for all regular orders.
Any applicable discounts will be processed after full payment.

Business Clients:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
